01Can you help us select the right model for our duty?
Yes. Send us your flow rates, temperatures, media, design pressure and any fouling concerns. We run the selection in SWEP's DThermX software. We send back model options, plate counts, connections and pressure drop.
02What lead time should we plan for?
Stock models ship in [X] working days. Other models take [X–X] weeks, depending on the model and connections. We confirm the date with the order acknowledgement.
03Can you replace a unit we already have?
Yes. Send us the nameplate details or a photo. We find the current SWEP equivalent using SWEP's Xreference tool. We check the duty, connection sizes and mounting so it fits your existing pipework.
04How do we know the units are genuine?
Every unit comes in original SWEP packaging with a factory nameplate and serial number. The serial number can be traced to SWEP and is shown on our invoice.
05What warranty and support do you offer?
[WARRANTY PERIOD] against manufacturing defects, if the unit is installed within its design limits. We also help with commissioning, cleaning and troubleshooting.
